Terms of Service

By engaging our services you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization and accept these Terms in full.

Pyrealm ML provides Python software services including bug fixing, optimization, automation development, code review, and performance profiling. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in each project quote or statement of work.

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely access to required systems and credentials, and reasonable cooperation during delivery. You confirm that any code shared with us is lawfully yours to share.

You retain all rights to your existing code. Upon full payment, ownership of any new code we deliver transfers to you under a non-exclusive perpetual license for our reusable utilities, libraries, and patterns developed outside the scope of your project.

We warrant that delivered work will materially match the agreed scope. If a delivered fix fails within 14 days, we will re-work it at no additional cost or refund the corresponding fee per our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue or data.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date. Confidentiality and IP provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
